Neeshal completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Cape Town in 2011. He spent his community service year in Port Elizabeth at Livingstone Hospital in 2012. Post com-serve he worked with the Border Rugby Academy in 2013 and 2014 gaining valuable experience in sports rehabilitation while also working at Frere Hospital in East London. During his second spell in PE from 2016 to 2018 he had the opportunity to be a part of Chippa United F.C as part of their physiotherapy team.  Neeshal has added to his hands on experience by completing various musculoskeletal courses with an interest in Sports rehabilitation and foot and ankle injuries.
