Gabieba graduated at the University of Cape Town in 2012 and has since worked in private practice.  She has completed numerous Musculoskeletal courses including a Post Graduate diploma in Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy (OMT1) in 2017. Gabieba also practices as a youth yoga instructor at various underprivileged schools in Johannesburg focusing not only on exercise but with special attention to mental health rehabilitation.
