Arline has a special interest in orthopaedic rehabilitation, especially lower back pain and pre – and post-operative spinal conditions and injuries. She draws on her vast experience as a ballet dancer and her interest in the movement of the human body stems from there.

 Arline has a passion for Pilates and believes in the value of Pilates in all aspects of rehabilitation. She especially enjoys working with athletes and runners. She also has extensive experience in exercising safely throughout pregnancy and into the post-partum phase. Arline firmly believes that exercise is a vital part of health and feels that Biokinetics is her calling in life.
